£30 collection fee
Collection days: Monday, Wednesday and Saturday

We'll confirm a one hour slot the day before.

How we use your information

Mama2Mama Baby Essentials (registered charity 1199777), 1A Pett Street, Woolwich, London SE18 5BH, is responsible for your information. Our Data Protection Lead is Zuzana Fratrikova, Founder and CEO.

What we collect: your name, contact details, collection address, preferred date, what you are donating and any access notes.
Why we use it: only to arrange and carry out your collection.
Lawful basis: our legitimate interest in collecting donations, and the steps you ask us to take to collect your items.
Who sees it: our team and the volunteer or driver doing your collection.
Payment: the £30 fee is paid through our payment provider, MyGivingHub, under its own privacy notice. We never see your card details. Like every charity, we keep a record of the payment in our accounts for as long as the law requires.
How long we keep it: we delete your booking details from our website systems automatically at the end of your collection day.

Your rights: you can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or object to how we use it, by emailing info@mama2mama.org.uk. We normally reply within one month. If a concern involves our CEO, you can contact our Chair of Trustees, Miroslava Zverbikova, at zverbikovam@yahoo.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
